(1) The employer shall disclose the number, qualifications and duration of the workers he needs for a task and inform the employment service center. (3) When requisitioning workers according to sub-sections (1) and (2), the number of workers, qualifications, abilities, skills and nature of work must be sent in writing to the Open Employment Service Center in the prescribed format.
